Le Roux station is Km 221,53 from Klipplaat, This 1970's layout had a small lever frame, with backstroke locking on the Home Signals, & Safety Bars. A standard practice of a 12 piece lever frame was used on these small stations on this section Klipplaat - Oudtshoorn. Telegraph Orders were in use up until the mid 1970's when Van Schoor Automatic working took over the whole section between Klipplaat & Oudtshoorn. By 1992, Le Roux Station was closed for Trains Working & converted to a Siding / Interloop, and the Van Schoor Automatic was removed. Radio Working had taken over the whole section by then.
