Coligny Station was a busy junction, and had a steam locomotive depot. The Signal cabin had a large frame of 56 levers and was equipped with backstroke locking on the home signals. Interestingly on the Ventersdorp side, there were power operated points in this 1976 amendment. This station also had various track circuiting in some places.
