Welcome to Condensed Matter & Nanotechnology Research Group!

Welcome to Condensed Matter & Nanotechnology Research Group at the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission (BAEC)! We are an interdisciplinary group primarily focuses on developing new advanced materials for state of the art applications.

discovering, understanding, and eventually controlling novel working with semiconductors and lasers.

Our group focuses on discovering, understanding, and eventually controlling novel electronic and magnetic phases hosted in a broad class of quantum materials, both two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) ones. We utilize and develop femtosecond laser based techniques, including linear and nonlinear, static and ultrafast, and elastic and inelatistic optical spectroscopy and microscopy, to investigate the fascinating properties of these novel electronic and magnetic phases with symmetry, time, spectral and spatial resolutions.
