coconut water ,(protein powder optional).

5pm: Bloody Rawsome

Beetroot, apple, pineapple, lemon,

filtered water.

8pm: Super Sap!

Apple, carrot, lemon, yellow bell pepper,

cucumber, celery, broccoli stem,

beetroot, avocado.

Day 2

8am: Slimming Sap

Apple, celery, cucumber, lime, ginger, avocado.

11am:Bloody Rawsome

Beetroot, apple, pineapple, lemon, filtered water.
