Welcome to my webpage.

I am Sanzida Hoque, a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at the Florida Institute of Technology. I am currently serving as a Graduate Research Assistant on a National Science Foundation (NSF)-funded project led by my Ph.D. advisor, Dr. Abdullah Aydeger, focused on quantum-resistant security for future wireless networks. This project builds in part on prior research conducted with Dr. Abdullah Aydeger, including my publications and contributions in post-quantum cryptography, 5G and beyond networks, secure DNS, IoT security, and resilient communication systems. In the upcoming semester, I will continue as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Computer Science.

I completed my M.S. in Computer Science at the University of Missouri–St. Louis in August 2023 and my B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering at the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) in March 2019. After completing my undergraduate studies, I worked as a Junior Software Engineer, gaining hands-on experience in addressing real-world problems. I also previously gained experience as a Software Development Trainee and as an intern.

My research interests broadly include network systems, next-generation Internet technologies, wireless networks, mobile and edge computing, cybersecurity, post-quantum cryptography, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, machine learning, software engineering, human–computer interaction, and related areas.
