1、 General Provisions of User Agreement
1. Both parties to this agreement are registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of Caring for Families (hereinafter referred to as "Operators") (including services provided by mobile apps and other products, hereinafter referred to as "Products and Services").
2. Before registering, users are advised to carefully read the terms of this agreement and follow the prompts on the page to complete all registration procedures.
3. By clicking the "Agree" button during the registration process, the user indicates that they have fully understood and accepted all the terms of this agreement, and have reached this agreement with the operator.
4. The operator has the right to modify or supplement the relevant rules under this agreement from time to time and publish them on the website. If the user continues to use it, it shall be deemed that you accept the revised terms of this agreement.
2、 User Service Instructions
1. Users should fill in accurate personal information such as their phone number according to the registration prompts when registering, meeting the requirements of completeness, accuracy, and authenticity.
2. Once a user successfully registers, they become a legitimate registered user of the operator. The user shall be fully responsible for the security of their account and shall bear corresponding legal responsibility for all actions and events carried out under their username.
3. The user agrees to accept the operator sending relevant commercial information to the user through or other means.
4. The operator is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of information posted by users.
5. The operator has the right to determine whether the user's behavior complies with the requirements of the service terms of this website. If the user violates the provisions of the service terms, this website has the right to interrupt or stop using the network services provided by its users.
6. The operator does not provide account deletion services. If users need to delete their accounts, they can simply give up using them.
7. Users are not allowed to transfer, lend, resell, or share their personal user accounts with the operator for any illegal purposes or in any other way (user accounts are only for personal use).
3、 Changes and revisions to the agreement content
1. The operator has the right to modify the service terms when necessary, and the modified agreement can be viewed on the operator's website.
2. If users do not agree with the changes made by the operator, they may voluntarily stop using the network services of this site.
3. If the user continues to enjoy the network services of this website, it shall be deemed that they agree to accept the changes to the terms of service of this website.
4. The operator may interrupt or terminate one or more network services at any time based on the actual situation without any liability to any user or third party. If a user objects to the interruption or termination of one or more network services, they may exercise the following rights:
(1) Stop using the operator's network services on your own.
(2) Notify the operator to stop providing services to the user. After the end of the user service, the user's right to use the network service shall immediately terminate. From the termination, the user shall not have the right to process any unfinished information or services, and the operator shall not be obligated to transmit any unfinished information or services to the user or any third party.
4、 User privacy protection
The operator will strictly fulfill the obligation of user personal privacy confidentiality and promises not to disclose, edit or reveal user personal information, except for the following special circumstances:
1. Authorized with prior permission from registered users;
2. Comply with national laws and regulations or cooperate with relevant government departments' requirements;
3. Comply with the legitimate service procedures of the operator;
4. It is necessary to safeguard the public interest and the legitimate rights and interests of the operator.
5、 Rights and Obligations of Registered Users
1. Registered users must comply with relevant laws and regulations when using the operator's products and services. Users agree not to use this service for any illegal or improper activities, otherwise they will bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
2. Users are not allowed to upload, display, post, disseminate or otherwise transmit information containing any of the following content during the use of their account:
(1) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(2) Damaging national honor and interests;
(3) Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;
(4) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(5) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;
(6) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(7) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon their legitimate rights;
(8) Contains false, harmful, coercive, infringing upon the privacy of others, harassing, infringing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or other morally offensive content.
3. Do not use network service systems for any illegal purposes.
4. It is not allowed to intentionally create or spread destructive programs such as computer viruses or engage in any other behavior that endangers computer information network security using the operator's products and services.
5. If the user's behavior violates the above agreement, the operator has the right to make independent judgments and immediately cancel the user's service account. The user shall bear all legal responsibilities for their online behavior, and the operator's system records may be submitted as evidence of the user's violation of the law to the relevant competent authorities.
6. The user shall agree to safeguard and maintain the interests of all members of the operator and other users. If any loss is caused to the operator or any third party due to the violation of this agreement or relevant laws and regulations, the user shall bear the legal responsibility arising therefrom.
6、 Ownership of the operator's network service content
1. The network services defined by the operator include but are not limited to: Care about family location, etc. These contents are protected by the Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law, Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, and other relevant laws and regulations.
7、 Disclaimer
1. The user agrees to bear all risks and consequences arising from the use of the operator's products and services, and the operator shall not be held responsible for the user.
2. The operator does not guarantee that the service will definitely meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security, and possible technical errors of the service.
3. The operator shall not be liable for any risks or losses that may be caused to users due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions or outbreaks, government regulations, hardware failures, force majeure, or other intentional or serious negligence of the operator resulting in the leakage, loss, theft, tampering, or temporary termination of user personal information.
8、 Other Agreements
1. The user agrees that any disputes arising from the services of this platform may be resolved by either party by filing a lawsuit with the people's court in the domicile of the operator.
2. The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms themselves. Any provision of this agreement that is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason shall remain binding on the remaining provisions.
