I'm a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at Colorado State University.
Originally from the vibrant city of Lahore, Pakistan, I moved to CSU to explore my research interests in feminist economics, political economy, and the economy of migration, care, and culture.
My research experience includes working as a Data Consultant for the Institute for Women’s Policy Research (IWPR), Research Assistant (Punjab), Accountability and Inclusion for the Subnational Governance Project led by Oxford Policy Management. I am currently a Graduate Research Fellow for the Institute of Research in the Social Sciences (IRISS).
I have teaching experience in microeconomics, macroeconomics, feminist economics, and econometrics.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking, hiking, photography, and having heartful chai and food sessions with my friends.
