Our group explores atomically thin 2D semiconductors to address the limitations of conventional scaling and to develop next-generation nanoelectronic and neuromorphic systems. Research efforts span device physics, large-area material synthesis, and advanced architectures, aiming to bridge fundamental properties and practical applications.
