I'm an evolutionary biologist largely interested in longstanding questions such as, why are there so many species? Why is there genetic variation within and between populations? And why do organisms need to move (disperse)?

With the use of genetics and genomics tools, I'm working towards answering these questions in different contexts and with different organisms, including fungi, nematodes, and reptiles.
