SANAD Portal – Privacy Policy

SANAD is an internal employee portal mobile application operated by Saudi Tech. It is intended for authorized employees and portal users only, not for the general public.
1. Who this App is for
The SANAD mobile application (“App”) provides authorized Saudi Tech employees and portal users with access to HR-related services such as attendance, leave, payslips, expenses, requests, and related workplace features connected to the company’s systems.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may process:
• Account credentials: work email / login ID and password used to authenticate.
• Employee profile information: name, job title, company, department, employee number, and contact details available in HR records.
• Workplace / HR data: attendance status and history, leave requests, payslip information, expenses, payment requests, overtime/WFH/general requests, and related approval status as available in company systems.
• Profile photo: if you choose to update your photo using the camera or photo library (device permission required).
• Device permissions / security features: biometric unlock (fingerprint / face) where enabled on your device, used only to protect App access on that device.
• Technical / diagnostic information: basic app and device information needed for secure login, session management, and troubleshooting (for example app version and connection errors).
We do not sell your personal information. The App is used to access company systems that already store employment-related records.
3. How we use information
• To authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
• To provide App features and services (attendance, leaves, payslips, requests, etc.).
• To process and display requests, approvals, and related workplace workflows.
• To improve reliability, security, and support of the App.
• To comply with internal company policies and applicable legal obligations.
4. Where data is stored and processed
App data is processed through Saudi Tech’s business systems and infrastructure (including company-managed Odoo / portal services). Data retention follows company record-keeping policies and applicable laws.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information only as needed with:
• Authorized internal teams (HR, managers, approvers, IT support) for operational purposes.
• Service providers who help operate company systems, under confidentiality and security obligations.
• Authorities when required by law.
We do not share employee data for advertising or third-party marketing.
6. Permissions used by the App
• Internet access: to connect to company servers.
• Camera / photos: only when you update a profile photo or attach files where the feature requires it.
• Files / documents: when you upload attachments for requests (for example receipts or supporting documents).
• Biometric authentication: optional device-level lock for App access; biometric templates remain on your device.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect access to company systems, including authenticated sessions and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so please protect your login credentials and device.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children and is intended only for authorized adult employees / portal users.
9. Your choices and rights
Because this App is for internal employment use, many records are managed by company HR systems. You may request access or correction of your profile information through HR / IT support channels, subject to company policy and applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you acknowledge the revised policy.
