I am a dedicated agribusiness professional with a strong academic background in Agribusiness Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). I currently work with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Ghana as a Business Development Support. In this role, I engage directly with academic institutions, student bodies, and industry stakeholders to promote ACCA qualifications, drive membership growth, and develop strategic partnerships, particularly among students in accounting, finance, statistics, and agribusiness-related disciplines.
During my time at KNUST, I served in various leadership roles with the Agribusiness Students Association of Ghana (ABSAG), including Publicity Head and Deputy Publicity Head. These positions allowed me to lead impactful communications campaigns and coordinate events that connected students with opportunities in agribusiness and finance. I have also been instrumental in facilitating collaborations between ACCA and academic associations such as the Statistics Association of Ghana and ABSAG-KNUST.
My academic journey is rooted in my passion for agricultural economics and sustainability. My undergraduate thesis focused on The Profitability of Catfish Farming Across Production Scales in Ghana’s Ashanti Region, offering valuable economic insight into aquaculture enterprises at different levels of production. This work reflects my commitment to practical, data-driven approaches that support growth in the agriculture and agribusiness sectors.
Beyond my professional and academic work, I am committed to youth development and digital capacity building. I am a certified ALX AI Career Essentials graduate and have completed additional training in digital branding, CV development, and video editing. I previously served as a content creator and administrator for the ScottAgain blog, where I published articles on youth empowerment, leadership, and academic success.
My contributions in digital engagement earned me recognition as Social Media Influencer of the Year within the agribusiness community. I supported the national democratic processes as an agent for the Electoral Commission of Ghana. I was honored to present an award at the Kumasi Technical University Congregation, recognising academic excellence in the field of accounting.
