You could try jodin/Heimdall, a Java based version of Odin for Mac and Linux, though my experience with it was that it hasn't been updated to reflect the current version of Odin and it never worked properly for me. Probably it would be better to just run Odin for Windows through VirtualBox or parallels desktop, that's been my preferred solution on any reasonably powerful Mac or Linux computer.
