You can now get a quick overview of the current battery percentages of your various galaxy devices through the Battery Widget. By adding this widget to your home screen, you can ensure that other devices like your Galaxy Watch5 and or Galaxy Buds2 Pro are sufficiently charged at all times.

2. Version of the widget where it shows a list(not circles), when it is shrinked to the smallest size, the bar that shows battery dissapears, please bring it back(in earlier version of the widget it wasn't like that)

I have the battery widget on the home screen of my galaxy tablet. My s21 is almost always connected to the tablet and yet still the battery widget on the tablet won't show the percentage of my phone (vice versa). What can I do to solve this

My Aftershokz headphones show up on my Samsung Galaxy S22+ with the new UI 5.1 battery widget, but my Garmin 945 watch doesn't :( .. that's the one I'd be most interested in seeing. Anyone know if this something Garmin needs to make "visible" at their end or if it's something that Samsung handles? If it's Garmin, any chance this might happen?

In addition to the battery indicator widget, One UI 5.1 also introduces a ton of new features, such as the ability to collaborate with other Galaxy device users on Samsung Notes content during a Google Meet call. That feature will be limited to the Galaxy S23 Ultra at launch, but Samsung is anticipating on spreading it to other devices in future updates. The company is currently taking preorders for the new flagships until they are officially available starting February 16.

During the keynote event, Samsung displayed various One UI 5.0 widgets on the screen. Among those widgets was a battery widget that hasn't been seen yet on Galaxy smartphones or tablets. As you can see in the image below, the widget displays the current battery charge level of the smartphone as well as the connected accessories, including those of the S Pen, smartwatch, and wireless earbuds.

There appear to be two versions of the widget: 41 and 42. Right now, if you want to check the battery level of your wireless earbuds or smartwatch, you need to open the Galaxy Wearable app or use a separate widget associated with a particular set of earbuds. With the new battery widget, though, you can check the battery charge levels of all the devices your phone is connected to at a single glance.

Hello,

The documentation for using WFS is diplomatically said limited and some techniques discussed here for GWD, can be applied for WFS in similar way.

But for your first post about the battery indicator check this thread:

Adding the Battery widget on your home screen is so easy. Just tap and hold the home screen, select the Widgets option, and choose the Battery. You can select which form of the Battery widget you want to see on your home screen. Well, I prefer the Circle one, it looks classy.

With the new One UI 6.0 Weather Insights widget, users get a comprehensive overview of their local weather conditions. From upcoming severe storms to snowfall, rain, and other weather-related occurrences, this widget keeps users well-informed.

The illustration in the weather widget and the pictures in the app present an attractive representation of the current weather conditions. The background colors dynamically change to suit different times of the day to deliver a better weather experience.

The battery icon in your iPhone's status bar gives you a visual idea of how much power is left, and there's a battery percentage option you can switch to or view in the Control Center, depending on your model. But what you may not know is that...

Some devices, for example, Galaxy Buds, have their own app (Galaxy Wearable for Galaxy Buds). They may provide some widgets to show the battery level of the device (and offer some controls). But these widgets only work for gadgets from that specific vendor. You also must install the app.

What makes the Galaxy S23 battery widget different is showing the battery level of all connected Bluetooth devices regardless of the vendor. It is enabled at the system level, and therefore, you do not need to install any additional apps.

If you tap (single tap) on the preview of the widget, you can then tap the Add button, as shown in the next picture, to add the widget to the Home screen automatically. By default, the widget will be added to the Home screen panel where you enter the Edit mode of the Home screen.

I thought that it would be quite nice to have a widget that shows the Battery percentage and probably some other information for your headphones that go along with the Soundcore app like the Liberty 2nd Gen Headphones.

Do you need an actual percentage? My bluetooth widget shows battery guage when connected to all the devices I own. It might even show percentage if I select more info. I will try it later. (LG V35 is my device)

of course, I been using them all night and day. I left work last night because I was sick and been listening to music and watching movies since. these really do have a great battery life, so far using one earbud i have managed almost 12 hours of use at 70%.

? sorry mate. i dont understand a single word. Isnt it kinda wierd to reply in another language that is completely different? All i got was the version numbers. I have tried with the version from galaxy store, google play, both beta and stable. All three fail to update battery status.

Much simpler way to update the battery status in the current situation.

Sync a face not currently on the watch. At point of sync the current battery status is sent. Then never, or possibly at 15 hour intervals.

At the very least it will show you that it is not any of your settings amiss on either side but with the phone app once a face is loaded.

There is another workaround for Samsung users to uninstal the phone app and install the pre 6.0 version from the Galaxy store (Phone battery reporting failed at 6.0) but I also stay away from that so I cann assess the new updates as they come in.

While the new battery widget on Pixel phones is technically a part of the March 2021 Feature Drop, it can be obtained early on Pixel 6 devices which, as of right now, are delayed a week or two for the March update.

Adding the widget is easy. Swipe down from the top of your iOS device's screen, making sure the Today panel is selected. Scroll to the bottom of the list, tap on the Edit button. Find the Battery listing and tap on the + sign.

Here is a much better way to keep tabs on your Lumity battery life. Use the Battery Lockscreen Widget in iOS (see photo showing a circle with headphones in the middle). Way better and with an iPhone 14 or newer, the always on display lets you glance over anytime to see the battery life without touching your iPhone.

Huawei first introduced service widgets in HarmonyOS 2.0. It allows users to access a desired app service instantly, without the need to open an app first. Yes, the action is similar to the traditional Android widgets but the implementation and the UI are far more better.

This is a powerful tool and by far one of the best options to stay up to date with the battery status of all connected devices such as earphones, stylus, smartwatches, or any other IoT/smart home gadget.

Stock Android also comes with a battery widget in Android 14 and later versions. It looks good on the home screen, complying with the dynamic theme system. The widgets show the remaining backup time and percentage in horizontal bars.

As shown in the screenshot below, the first Galaxy Buds Live widget is Battery info (41). There is also a preview of the widgets. You can use it to display the battery level of the buds and the charging case.

The batteries widget is the best place to keep track of the remaining power of your iPhone or iPad as well as accessories connected to it like Apple Watch, AirPods, Apple Pencil, wireless keyboard, battery packs, and other hands-free Bluetooth devices from non-Apple manufacturers. You can add the batteries widget to the following locations.

From here, tap Edit > plus button > Batteries > pick a widget size and hit Add Widget. Finally, finish by tapping Done.

You can see the remaining charge of your AirPods, AirPods case, and some Beats headphones in the Settings app. To do that, make sure your wireless buds are connected to your iPhone. Next, open the Settings app and tap your AirPods name from the top to see its current battery.

Finally, some third-party apps can also display the battery percentage of Bluetooth devices connected to your iPhone. This is somewhat unnecessary, as the iOS batteries widget is enough. But you can download the official app of your Bluetooth watch, headphone, stylus, or such device and see the battery percentage there.

I have one of these cheao-o androids on my night stand. It is always on with a nice clock & weather display created with zooper widget pro and also have a few widget/icons using tasker and sharptools to control the bedroom lights and ceiling fan. ff782bc1db
