Sam Lewis-Monkman
I am currently a fifth-year graduate student at UNL, advised by Alexander Zupan.
I like thinking about problems in low-dimensional topology related to knots, embeddings, and smooth objects in four dimensions, especially using the trisection technology originally developed by Gay and Kirby.
When I'm not doing math, you can find me listening to, playing, and talking about music, reading, or playing strategy and roleplaying games. Book recommendations welcome!
