I am a Teaching Assistant Professor in the Philosophy, Politics, and Economics Program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
I received my PhD in Philosophy in January 2024 from Princeton University. Before coming to Princeton, I practiced law for a year at Tonkon Torp in Portland, Oregon. I received my JD from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016, and my BA in Economics and Philosophy from Seattle Pacific University in 2013.
I work primarily in ethics, philosophy of action, and the theory of rationality.
Outside of philosophy, I enjoy reading fiction (especially Russian lit), listening to music (besides screamo), hosting movie nights, working out, and being in nature.
