Developed ExaGeoStat (Exascale Geostatistics) unified machine learning framework for many-core systems: shared memory, GPUs, and distributed memory systems to evaluate maximum likelihood function besides providing a prediction tool for climate/environment data.
Develop a Tile Low Ranking (TLR) approximation support of ExaGeoStat on many-core systems.
Developed an R-based wrapper for the ExaGeoStat framework to be used by the statistics community.
Built an elastic framework for time-driven HPC applications on Cloud Systems using an MPI Parallel C++ library and tested on two large-scale DNA search algorithms: MPIBLAST and MPI-based HMMER.
Developed a fast bitmap indexing-based missing value imputation technique in large data sets.
Accelerated "spatial join" queries in spatial databases by building a robust framework based on bitmap indexing.
Developed an MPI-based fault-tolerance support system for parallel FP-Growth frequent pattern mining and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms using one-sided MPI communication technology (MPI-RMA).
