反芻營養與生產系統研究室以營養科學為核心，致力於提升反芻動物健康與生產效率，並推動畜牧系統的永續發展。研究聚焦於飼料評估、營養素消化與利用、動物免疫反應及微生物變化，並結合分子生物技術深入探討營養調控機制。配合智慧畜牧與精準營養技術的應用，研究室也發展數位化管理工具以強化飼養效率與環境友善性。同時重視學生跨領域能力與問題解決訓練，強化學術與產業的實務接軌。

The Ruminant Nutrition and Production Systems Laboratory focuses on advancing animal health and productivity through nutrition science, with a commitment to sustainable livestock development. Research areas include feed evaluation, nutrient digestibility, immune responses, and microbiota dynamics, integrated with molecular biology techniques to explore nutrition-regulated mechanisms. Embracing smart farming and precision nutrition technologies, the lab also develops digital tools to optimize feeding efficiency and environmental performance. Emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary training and problem-solving skills to bridge academic research with industry needs.
