Centralized budget tracking sheet. All Google, Facebook, and Bing Ads budgets can/should live in this sheet. From there, they can be linked to any custom reports, etc. for bulk monitoring. This page also contains a link to a Data Studio template to monitor all accounts at a high level.
1. Add the client you want to track Facebook / Google Spend into the last 2 tabs of this sheet. Make sure that they're not already on the list! One row per client, columns are months.
2. Make sure that the "Client Name" that you enter is EXACTLY the same in both tabs if you're using both. If you're just adding one platform, make sure that the name you enter matches any instances of that client on the other tab (if applicable, but always check!)!
3. Please be sure to enter the specific account ID number that you want to track. For the purposes of this tracker, only ONE account can be tracked per client.
4. Add budgets out for as long as you see fit. You can come back and change budgets for your clients at any time, so this is a great way of keeping a record of what the client said their budgets are, etc. if you use it wisely!
5. The Ad Spend totals will refresh daily at 1am. Any updates to budget will be reflected in the tracker immediately, but Ad Spend will be refreshed daily, so when you add a new client you will likely need to wait 24 hours before the data is available! For emergencies, reach out to sam@829llc.com
6. If you can remember to remove any clients who fire us from this document, that would be helpful! When Supermetrics tries to load data from an account that we can no longer access, everything breaks!
