SPACEX DRAGON HAS SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH
CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (March 2, 2023) SpaceX, a space exploration company founded by Elon Musk, has once again made history with the successful launch of its Crew-6 mission to the International Space Station (ISS). On March 2, 2023, at 5:34 a.m. EST, the Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from Launch Complex 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, carrying four astronauts to the ISS. The team will spend six months on board the ISS conducting scientific experiments, performing maintenance tasks, and carrying out spacewalks.
The Crew-6 team includes NASA astronauts Stephen Bowen and Warren Hoburg, along with Emirati astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi and Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev.
"We are thrilled to have a successful launch and safe arrival of Crew-6 to the International Space Station," said Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX. The launch of the Crew-6 mission represents another major milestone in SpaceX's quest to make space exploration more accessible and affordable.
