OVERVIEW
SalonSuite is a business management app for luxury salons and spas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
• Employee Information — Name, phone number, department, and hashed PIN
• Service Transactions — Services performed, amounts, and timestamps
• Business Expenses — Descriptions and amounts entered by admins
• Crash Reports — Anonymous crash logs via Firebase Crashlytics
• Usage Analytics — Anonymous events via Firebase Analytics
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
• Authenticating salon employees and administrators via PIN login
• Recording and tracking service transactions and sales
• Generating business reports and PDF financial summaries
• Providing offline functionality with automatic cloud sync
• Improving app stability through crash reports
DATA STORAGE
SalonSuite uses Google Firebase (Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics) to store data securely. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do NOT sell your data to any third parties.
DATA SECURITY
• Employee PINs are stored using SHA-256 cryptographic hashing
• All network communication uses TLS/HTTPS encryption
• Firebase Security Rules restrict unauthorized access
YOUR RIGHTS
• Access all data stored in your SalonSuite account
• Delete records at any time via the Admin panel
• Request complete data deletion by contacting us
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
SalonSuite is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
