Saleh Mamun is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of New Mexico, specializing in environmental and natural resources economics. His research interest lies in the field of energy economics, environmental economics, public economics, and health economics.
He has a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology, MBA in Finance from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, and M.A. in Development Studies from University of Dhaka. Prior to pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics, he worked 6 years in construction, marketing and government in Bangladesh. He has experience in research on environmental issues from business, development, and engineering perspective.
