RENTAL PRICE FOR WEEKENDS ONLY

$100 Refundable deposit to secure date. This deposit does not apply to the rental fee and will be held as a refundable damage retainer.
Half Day Rental - $400
- - 11AM-3PM or 4PM-8PM
Full Day Rental - $800
- - 12 PM - 8 PM
The balance of the rental is due the Monday before your selected date.
Host can arrive 30 minutes prior to their booking time to start decorating and must have area cleaned up and be out by their end time unless additional hours were purchased.
Additional hours are available for a fee of $80 per hour. Any additional hours must be arranged and paid for in advance.

    - - Access to entire backyard to include the covered patio with outdoor kitchen, Pickleball/Basketball court, Bathroom on the back porch of main house.
      - Round tables with chairs for the number of guests, plus 2 rectangular tables for food and gifts.
      - Ice Machine and 3 Ice Chests
      - 3 Port-A-Cools (2 near the guest seating area and 1 near the outdoor kitchen)

The rental fee covers a maximum of 75 guests. If the number of guests exceeds 75, an additional $100 fee will be charged. The maximum capacity for the pool and surrounding areas is 100 people.

Property has two houses, the main house and pool house.

Parking available on driveway of main house, along the front of both houses, and the side of the pool house on 7th St.

Entire Backyard

Outdoor Kitchen is equipped with streaming TV, Propane Grill, Blackstone Grill, Ice Machine, Sink, Small Refrigerator, and area for additional seating.

Covered Patio with Outdoor Kitchen

You will have access to the entire backyard. Outdoor bathroom available on the back porch of the main house.

Pickleball net can be easily remove to convert into a Basketball court

Lights for after dark

Lights turn on after dusk to allow for swimming to continue even after the sun goes down.

Water features

Two waterfalls with a seat on one end of the pool and a bubbler on the tanning ledge create a fun area for small children to safely play.

Large Oaks for plenty of shade.

There is a large slab right next to the pool for tables and chairs, as well as plenty of shaded space between the pool and the outdoor kitchen.
