Last updated: 26 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Sakura Pon (“the App”), published by Gotcha! Games, handles information.
We do not collect, store, or view your personal data on our servers. The App does not require an account and does not send your game progress to Gotcha! Games. Progress is saved only on your own device.
To make the game work, the App may save data locally on your phone or tablet, such as:
Player display name you choose
Scores, high scores, and unlocks (room items, pets, gear)
Settings (for example music mute, vibration on/off)
Simple progress flags (tutorial seen, daily bonus date, secrets found)
This information stays on your device. We cannot see it, access it, or sell it. Uninstalling the App usually deletes this local data.
We do not intentionally collect:
Name, email, phone number, or payment details for our own databases
Location (GPS)
Contacts, photos, or microphone audio for advertising profiles
Advertising IDs for our own tracking (the App has no ads from us at this time)
The App may request internet permission as part of the standard Android platform shell. Core gameplay and saves work offline. We do not use internet access to upload your personal game progress to Gotcha! Games servers.
If Google Play or the Android system processes install or crash statistics, that is handled by Google under their own policies, not by a Gotcha! Games backend for this game.
The App is a casual game suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not operate user accounts or server-side profiles for this App, we do not process children’s personal data.
Distribution through Google Play is subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. We do not share your local game data with third parties because we do not receive it.
Local game data is stored using the device’s normal app storage. Protect your device with a screen lock as you would for any app. We do not maintain a remote copy of your progress.
Turn off music or vibration in the App settings if available
Clear app data or uninstall the App to remove local progress
If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
