Soup
Water 500ml
Oyster sauce 1tsp
Salt 3g
Mentsuyu 50ml
Eggs ×2
Japanese radish 1/4
Diced beef 100-200g
Chikuwa (fish cake) 100-200g
Cut ingredients into bite size pieces.
Put the ingredients for soup (water, oyster sauce, salt and Mentsuyu) into Pot.
Put on the pot and add the other ingredients (egg, radish, beef, chikuwa).
Stew for 30 minutes.
