Dr. Sakthipandi has made significant and innovative contributions to materials characterization using both online ultrasonic and conventional techniques. He has been honored with numerous awards and recognitions from national scientific societies and has co-authored seven research books. He has also participated in over 140 national and international conferences. He is actively engaged in collaborative research with leading laboratories across India, further enriching his expertise and impact in the field. Under his supervision, two scholars have successfully completed their doctoral degrees. He also serves on the Board of Studies, Academic Council, Ph.D. Evaluation Panels, and Doctoral Committees at ACSIR Labs, Anna University, Bharathiar University, Bharathidasan University, Visvesvaraya Technological University, and Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. His current research focuses on magnetic oxides for various applications, nanoferrites for electromagnetic shielding, nano-perovskites for energy storage, and the development of nanoparticles derived from herbal plants for biomedical applications.
