Sakina ("the App") is a prayer companion app that helps you track prayer times, find the Qibla direction, receive adhan reminders, and read daily adhkar. This policy explains what information the App uses and how.
Location Data
The App uses your device's location only to calculate accurate prayer times and the Qibla direction for your current position. This location is processed entirely on your device in real time. It is never collected, stored on a server, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than these calculations.
Notifications
The App uses local device notifications to deliver adhan reminders and dhikr reminders at times you configure. These notifications are scheduled and generated entirely on your device.
Accounts
The App does not require you to create an account and does not collect any personal registration information.
Data Sharing
The App does not share, sell, or transmit any personal data to third parties. The App does not use any analytics or tracking services.
Advertising
The App does not currently display ads. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated in advance and any ad partners used will be disclosed here along with the data they access.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
