Robert and Sydney Anderson Professor || Electrical & Computer Engineering || Power & Energy Systems

I serve as Professor with the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota. My research interests lie at the intersection of Power Systems & Power Electronics applications to grid integration of renewable energy. I am particularly excited by modeling, analysis, and control challenges that are abundant in these systems.

I have been with the University of Minnesota since 2013. Prior to that, I received by B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in 2007, 2009, and 2012, respectively, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My M.S. Advisor is Pat Chapman, and my Ph.D. Advisor is Alejandro Domínguez-García.
