About SaintFocus

SaintFocus is a spiritual productivity app that combines the Pomodoro Technique with Christian contemplation. Complete focused sessions to unlock saint cards and sacred locations, creating an immersive prayer and focus experience.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SaintFocus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.

2. App Description

SaintFocus is a pomodoro timer app where users can:

• Complete focused sessions to unlock random saint cards

• Learn about Christian saints and their stories

• Unlock sacred locations as backgrounds after completing 7 sessions

• Create custom pomodoro sessions

• Listen to Christian ambient sounds (monastery chants, organ music, etc.)

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Weekly Subscription: Includes 3-day free trial, then charges weekly

• Yearly Subscription: Charges annually with no trial period

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal

• You can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings

• No refunds for partial subscription periods

• Free trial converts to paid subscription unless cancelled

4. User Conduct

You agree to use SaintFocus respectfully and in accordance with Christian values. Do not use the app for any illegal or harmful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in SaintFocus, including saint information, images, sounds, and app design, is owned by Narek Talatinian or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works.

6. Limitation of Liability

SaintFocus is provided "as is" without warranties. Narek Talatinian is not liable for any damages arising from app use.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Privacy Policy

• Email address (when you sign in with Apple or Google)

7. Children's Privacy

SaintFocus is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.
