Thought Process Behind The Unseen
The Unseen was conceptualized around the idea that the most impactful design often goes unnoticed — it exists not to draw attention, but to create seamless experiences. I wanted this zine to act as a quiet reflection on those subtle, beautiful moments in our surroundings that are often overlooked: the way a key fits perfectly into a lock, the soft bend of a book’s spine, the understated grace of functional design. My goal was to visually express this concept through minimal layouts, poetic language, and muted tones. Using InDesign for composition and Photoshop for visual treatment, I focused on restraint and intentionality — allowing space, typography, and negative space to speak softly but meaningfully. This project became an exercise in observing and honoring the invisible design that shapes how we move through the world.
