The mission of the Bureau of Team Operations command staff is simple: To provide troopers assigned to a specific team, with information necessary to carry out their day to day duties here within the Highway Patrol. The Bureau of Team Operations (BTO) is typically staffed with a Team Leader and at least 1 assistant team leader. Their task is to provide troopers with updated information relative to Highway Patrol and the DOJ, and acquaint new troopers assigned to their team on how things are done here within the Highway patrol. The BTO command staff is tasked with holding monthly meetings, assuring that troopers are in compliance with monthly roll calls and answer/address any questions or concerns that troopers assigned to his/her team may have.
