Horse riding is a medium-intensity workout. It increases heart rate & burns hundreds of calories.
The rider focuses on the task at hand - horse riding - a total break from stress & worries of life.
Additionally, spending time with animals releases Serotonin, a mood enhancing hormone.
Being out in fresh air & sunshine boosts mood... The rider has a break from everyday life and gets an opportunity to explore inner-self in a beautiful setting.
Horse riding is often a social activity, wherein the rider forms connections with fellow riders, friends, family and staff.
The rider can develop a bond with the horse and draw comfort from the feeling of companionship.
Riders develop muscle memory and the ability to gauge horses. Horse riding immensely develops the rider's confidence.
Sahke Horse Riding Academy was founded in February 2021 by Johnny Sahke, out of a strong passion & love for horses. Since then, we have trained many happy students.
🐴 We are extremely happy to share that our female students participated in the first-ever South Indian Endurance Championship held in Tiptur, Karnataka in January 2024.
Our motto is to provide quality Horse Riding Lessons with good standards.
