I am currently working as a PostDoc researcher in Forschungzentrum Jülich, Germany (role at Forschungszentrum: Link) . I did my PhD in the Electrical Engineering Department of Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, Rupnagar, India under the supervision of Dr. Devarshi Mrinal Das and Dr. Mahendra Sakare. I completed my M. Tech from Punjab Engineering College (PEC), Chandigarh, India in 2019 respectively.
My research focuses on realizing the bio-inspired neuromorphic circuit with standard CMOS technology. My research goal is to bring insights into CMOS circuit challenges for the analog implementation of the real neuromorphic system-on-a-chip. I have received the BEST PAPER Award in IEEE WINTECHON 2023. My research interests include CMOS realization of neuromorphic systems, memristor circuits, spiking neural networks, and analog circuits. I am also a reviewer of IEEE Trans. on Circuits and Systems – 1, IEEE Trans. on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, and IEEE Trans. on Green Communications and Networking.
Apart from my academic interest, I enjoy painting and drawing, and singing and dancing fascinate me and help me to rejuvenate.
