Hi, Sahajpreet here! I'm a second-year CS PhD student at NUS Computing, advised by Profs. Min-Yen Kan and Kokil Jaidka. I am a member of Web IR/NLP Group (WING) and SMOL-Project. I'm thankful to NUS CTIC for supporting my doctoral study. 

I approach life with the mindset of a stand-up comedian. I don't have a stage, and Netflix certainly isn't knocking on my door just yet, but I love seeing smiling faces. Research: My research interests lie at the intersection of computing and social sciences, focusing on:

• Content Moderation: GitSearch, Labels or Input, Hate-Personified (EMNLP'24), CoARL (NAACL'24), Targeted Hate Detection in Punjabi

• Biases: Cultural Biases in LLMs, Political Bias in Fact-checking

• AI Applications: AI in Higher Education (Education Sciences'25), Psychotherapy Note-Making
