This privacy policy applies to the Simple ADHD Helper app for mobile devices, operated by BannsLab ("Service Provider").
Information Collection and Use
The Application itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to the Service Provider's own servers. All content you create in the app — tasks, task steps, mood and energy check-ins, focus session history, and settings — is stored locally on your device only and is never uploaded anywhere by the Service Provider.
Advertising (Third-Party Services)
The Application displays ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and personalize ads, AdMob may collect certain data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and ad interaction data. This data is processed by Google, not by the Service Provider, in accordance with Google's own privacy practices:

Does the Application collect precise real-time location data?
No, the Application does not access or collect your device's location.
Your Rights / Opt-Out
Since the Application does not collect personal data on its own servers, there is no server-side data for the Service Provider to delete on your behalf. Uninstalling the Application removes all locally stored data from your device. For ad personalization, you can opt out via your device's ad settings ("Opt out of Ads Personalization" in Android/iOS system settings) or reset your advertising identifier.
If you contact the Service Provider directly and voluntarily provide information (e.g. by email), you may request deletion of that information at bannsandco@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data on its own servers, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards where applicable.
Data Breach Notification
Should a breach occur involving any data you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, you will be notified as required by applicable law.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
