Horizon House West Tower

The Horizon House West Tower Project is an addition to an existing retirement community, whose campus has been developed, expanded, and altered by multiple design firms over a course of decades. This latest project, in addition to adding residential capacity and seeking to improve the quality of apartments, is an opportunity to elevate the cohesion of the entire campus. The quality of life of each resident is paramount and their experience is enriched by the variety of indoor and outdoor amenities and spaces they can enjoy within the community. This project seeks to create a more seamless link from one side of campus to the other, creating a junction between new residents and existing ones, between previously built facilities and future additions.

This model is a working, iterative tool. It was built to allow clear visualization of the complex existing conditions, and quick exploration of new ideas.
