By downloading, installing, or using SafeTab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
SafeTab is a Safari content blocker that provides:
• Ad blocking across websites
• Tracker and privacy protection
• Custom website rules and styling
• Analytics for blocked content
• Premium features via subscription
The App requires Safari and iOS 15.0 or later to function properly.
SafeTab offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:
• Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account
• Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Free trials, if available, must be canceled before the trial period ends to avoid charges
• No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods
By using the App, you agree to:
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App in a way that harms others
• Keep your Apple ID credentials secure
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You acknowledge and agree:
• Ad blocking effectiveness may vary by site
• Some websites may not function properly with blocking enabled
• 100% blocking of all ads and trackers cannot be guaranteed
• The App requires Safari and proper configuration
• Features may be changed or discontinued without notice
All content, software, design, and functionality in SafeTab is the exclusive property of SafeTab and is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
• The App will always work without interruption
• All ads and trackers will be blocked
• The App will be compatible with all websites
• Errors will always be fixed
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFETAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
• INDIRECT DAMAGES
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
• SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• DATA LOSS OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You may terminate your usage at any time by uninstalling the App and canceling your subscription.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time.
Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or App Store.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved according to applicable local laws.
