According to the Nationwide Children's Organization, “A study conducted by the Center for Injury Research and Policy of the Research Institute found that, over a 21-year period from 1990 through 2010, almost 361,000 children aged 5 years and younger were treated in U.S. hospital emergency departments for stroller- or carrier-related injuries – that’s about two children every hour.”
