First you need to remember every people in this world has their own story and path so let's do the same for our character! As an sample today I'll be making Johnny Satle, so make sure to follow step by step and you will have a character in no time.

First thing you need is a story, nothing crazy but something to make them interesting! For Example here is Johnny's story.

Johnny Satle Story Plot: Johnny Satle is a high school teacher from Pittsburg who got fired and wanted a new job, when he was unable to find a new job in Pittsburg he had to move to Philadelphia in look for work. At only the age of 35 he had moved and started looking for a forever place and job within The City of Brotherly Love. he has start to rent outside of spring field near the Pennsylvania Commonwealth station and currently works as a park Ranger for High Rock parks where he can continue to teach others of the area and the importance of nature.

That is all you need! You can have more or less but this is the base of your new character, remember as they are seen within the state their story will grow and always change. You never know Johnny might run the Mafia next week! Let' s move on getting this character finalized where you can use them!

First thing you wanna do is head to our CAD! You should see this when you are there.

Great! Now you want to hit the CIVILIAN Button to get started! You will see a log in page something like this!

Nice! Now if you don't have an account please hit the blue text under Sign up that says "Don't have an account?" And then make one. Then come back to this page and you then need to type your info and hit Sign In! [NOTICE: SHRP STAFF TEAM WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR LOG IN DETAILS. WE ONLY MAY ASK FOR YOUR USERNAME TO CHECK YOUR CAD STATUS.]

If you see this your doing amazing! Now, you need to scroll down and look in the left side button and find "Communities" and hit the button. If done correctly you should see this.

Very well. Nice hit the "Join" button and type out our code (Found under our Discord or next screenshot) and then hit enter! You should see something like this.

Almost there! Now hit "CIVLILAN" in the top left task bar, you should still see this.

Now hit "Add New Civilian" and we suggest to use "Manual" and boom there you go! Make your character and then feel free to explore the CAD!
