EU Users Notice (GDPR Article 27)
If you are using Safe Gallery from the European Union, we are currently in the process of appointing an EU Representative as required under GDPR Article 27. The EU Representative will serve as a contact point for data protection matters on behalf of our company within the EU. This Privacy Policy will be updated once the representative is appointed.

1. Data Collection
Safe Gallery does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) from its users. The App does not require registration, login, or any cloud synchronization.

2. Local File Access
The App allows users to import media (such as photos and videos) from their device into the App’s private storage. These files are stored locally on your device, in an app-specific directory. We do not access, collect, or upload your media to any server.

3. Permissions Used
Safe Gallery requests permission to access local media files solely for the purpose of allowing you to import and manage them within the App. These permissions are required for the App to function as intended and are not used for any background tracking or analytics.

4. Third-Party Services
Safe Gallery does not use third-party analytics tools, ad networks, or external APIs that collect personal information.

5. Data Security
While Safe Gallery stores your files in a private internal storage area inaccessible to other apps, it does not encrypt your data. We recommend not storing highly sensitive material. Files may be lost if the App is uninstalled or the device is reset.

6. Children’s Privacy
Safe Gallery is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
