Short-term, transient use, such as contextual customization ads;
Additional information for EU residents: The legal basis for the above processing activities is the legitimate interest of the Service Provider, taking into account your fundamental rights and freedoms with respect to your personal data.
Enable the provision and optimisation of the Application for you.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
For instance, the Service Provider may share personal data with advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you. The Application shares your device ID and device advertising ID with Google AdMob.
Please note that the Application utilises third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
It is your responsibility to understand how AdMob and Google Play Services handle your data. By downloading the Application, you indicate that you agree with the aforesaid third parties’ policies and terms and conditions.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information or data from, or direct or target interest-based advertising to anyone under the ages set out above or under 16 for California residents, or knowingly allow such persons to use the Application.
The Application does not allow for a user’s age to be entered. On start-up, you are required to indicate whether you are an adult or not. This is to limit the amount of personal information required, gathered and held by the Application, ultimately protecting users’ privacy. The Service Provider can therefore never be aware of the age of the users of the Application, but relies on your honesty to state that you are an adult. That makes it the responsibility of adults and/or legal guardians to ensure that their child is not making use of the Application dishonestly and being exposed to targeted advertising. To circumvent this, adults should be present during the initial start-up of the Application. If this was not done, simply uninstall the Application and download it again. Through this manner, you can ensure that your child is not exposed to targeted marketing and is COPPA compliant.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age stipulated above where applicable for that country’s minor to major laws.
Security
The Service Provider does not store any User Provided data. All game saves are made locally on your device. The Application therefore requires read and write permissions. The entire responsibility of the Application’s saved User Provided data rests with you.
The transfer of user data through third party providers for the purposes of advertising rests entirely on the security measures and standards of the aforesaid providers.
The Service Provider does not, therefore, take any responsibility towards maintaining the security of your data. The Service Provider cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information online and offline, as the internet by its nature is not a secure environment and the nature of security risks is constantly evolving. As such you should always take care when sharing your information online.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. Continued use of the Application is taken as your renewed consent to the Privacy Policy.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2024-December-01.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
