SAFAL 2020 Covid-19 update
Below we provide some changes in the SAFAL 2020 organisation due to the uncertainties caused by the current Covid-19 situation
(1) The workshop will be held online and will follow the AMLaP 2020 conference format with regard to oral and poster presentations. In addition, the presenters will be provided the opportunity to send us a pre-recorded talk.
(2) In order to handle various time-zone differences, the presentation schedule will be spread over 3 days, i.e., 31st August, 1st September and 2nd September 2020.
The First South Asian Forum on the Acquisition and Processing of Language (SAFAL) aims to provide a platform to exchange research on sentence processing, verbal semantics, computational modeling, corpus-based psycholinguistics, neurobiology of language, and child language acquisition, among others, in the context of the subcontinent's linguistic landscape.

The workshop is funded by SFB 1287 at the University of Potsdam.
