What is Justice?
Justice is perhaps the most important concept in a society! It always makes sense in connection with a Crowd when several entities interact with each other.
Animals do not have justice because they have no conscious Will! Their psyche might be unconscious but is always whole and is governed by instinct! So a dog chasing and a rabbit running away never stop to question their activity and they never talk about justice or injustice about what they have done and why they have done!
Animal psyche can be compared to a firmware which just follows a collection of simple rules to make decisions and do navigation! More importantly this firmware is always fixed and not changing although it is naturally affected by age, environment, etc.
Man psyche is different and can be compared to a evolved operating system on which different applications can be installed or uninstalled! As a result, Man is changeable and keeps evolving as a result of interaction with environment and society in which it lives! Even beyond that, Man psyche is connected to universe and is affected by universal forces which are yet to be discovered and understood!
This makes Man so adaptable to the environment! Perhaps Man is the only animal that can adapt to all environments, climates, societies, etc. because it has the capability to change its programming!
This puts Man in a very dangerous place in cosmos where albeit being flexible and adaptable, all his Being might be hijacked by forced and induced programming from society, religion, or any other belief systems!
The fact that Man can be but at the same time is not any of the programs that are installed on it, makes justice completely meaningless for Man!
For example, society keep repressing Man with law, education, etc. to the point that Man cannot take it anymore and in a moment or rage or anger kills somebody. Of course, the killer inside Man is just a small part, say 1% of his Being, which appears for a short time interval but Justice system, as it is now, takes Man responsible for that 1% and kills it with a cold blood or even puts it in jail for the rest of its life!
Well if killing is a crime, why society repeats this crime itself? And who gives the society the right to do so? And more importantly why society feels so proud of doing this so called justice which is itself a bigger crime!
The immediate question that pops up with these type of arguments is "So do you mean we should let these dangerous people free and let them kill even more people?"
The answer to this question is not difficult but is not easy as well!
The issue is that every question reflects a state of Being! For example, a child keeps asking questions from parents about almost everything and none of these questions can be answered. But once the child grows all the questions disappear but they are not answered! The answer to the question comes as a result of maturity of Being.
In general, an existential question never has an answer! The true answer is when there is enough understanding and growth so that the question itself disappears! And the understanding is something existential that should happens within the questioner and cannot be conveyed to it!
The true Justice for Man can only come as a result of knowing Man as it is! For example, we never kill a dog for killing a rabbit because we all know that dog is following its instinct to hunt and no one can take it responsible for what it has done!
Regarding Man, if we consider it as an operating system with many applications, we never stop an OS or erase it because 1% of it is affected by a virus! Also what a purpose does it serve to keep a Man in jail for all its life while it can get healed easily and go back to life!
This argument is definitely so passive and proposes society a lean adjustment towards its Justice! But the naked truth and a more active argument is that, society as it is, is the source of Injustice! It is so unfriendly to Man and it imposes itself on Man and keeps it in chain!
Suppression and brute-force has always been the attitude of society towards Man! Society has never built based on consciousness, Truth, and a true understanding of Man but on unconscious forces such a power, greed, fear, etc.
Society has always been so cruel and it has made all attempts to destroy the inner freedom of Man under the excuse of crime, violence, justice, etc. Society never tolerates individuality and tries to eliminate all things unique in Man to turn everybody into similar pieces! As a result, it never has the capacity or even the tendency to understand Man and change its ways.
Even more, society keeps programming people to justify its ignorant attitude and in doing so creates a chaos, division, and battle-field within Man itself. And division is end of Man since a divided person does not need an enemy because it is its own enemy! It has now several applications inside which keep struggling with each other and burn Man mental power.
A divided Man is a criminal Man because it starts to commit crime against itself and this inner-crime is the biggest crime in existence! Outer-crime is just a reflection of this inner-crime which society has created in Man.
All mental issues Man has is the outcome of the society! If Man was left alone none of these would have happened!
But the society is so cunning that it makes Man sick, then convince Man that it is sick, and then provides remedy to heal it! But this healing rarely happens because inner division is not easy to heal!
All religions, politics, sports, education, family, law, etc. as we know on earth are in the service of dividing Man inner territory and turning it into an inner-criminal!
A suppressed employee may not dare to kill its both but definitely does this in his Mind!
The whole goal of a politician is to divide and create wound in Man to justify its existence! Man is so wounded that it cannot imagine that it can live without any politics! All borders, nationalities, flags, etc. are signs of divided Man projected outside!
Even driving signs are just there to create stress in Man and to limit its freedom and punish it by sending fines where instead a kind reminder can do the job!
What should be a replacement?
Any duality and division can only be a wound on Man psyche! Justice vs. Injustice is not an exception! They of course makes sense in the current state of Man but they will lose their meaning as Man starts to grow and progress and get rid of all fragmentary programming!
Once the inner divisions are healed and inner-crime disappears, the outer Justice system will come to its end!
