For my 40th Birthday
Today October 23rd, 2025, is my 40th Birthday. This definitely marks a big transition in my life. I passed through so many ups and downs but finally here I am :)
I am not going to talk about experiences I had or lessons I learned, etc. but I definitely like to share some maxims. I am sure the words or even sentences are not original and perhaps I have consciously or unconsciously read and borrowed them from somewhere else. But what I can assure is that the pure empty space between the words definitely belongs to me.
There is no healer better than tear and laughter. They exist only in humans and are gifts given by existence itself to heal their pains. Use these free medicines as frequently as you can! However, remember! they work only when they come together. Otherwise, they amplify and prolong the pain.
Pain is a school: You are both the teacher and the student. The school is over only when the teacher and the student become one and all knowledge is transferred and the distances are removed. The final diploma is inner growth and peace. Don't run away from this school.
The best flower in the world is your smile but only when its roots are deep enough to reach your heart.
No diet is better than Love; It melts the body and make it thinner and thinner. If you see a fat person, be sure that he/she does not have a lover or has forgotten to love himself/herself.
If you force your body into strict diets or sport discipline, remember that you have become so cruel to it and have forgotten the main remedy.
Watch the trees or the girls you see on the street and choose the best one and be with it/her. Know that you can always BE with the best ones but remember that you cannot HAVE them. Existence does not respect ownership: Even if it gives you something temporarily, it will take it back sooner or later.
Your first biological child is your body. Have a look at those fiery eyes, beautiful eyebrows, cold ears, warm breasts, curvy asses, and straight legs. Bring your second child only when you have fallen in love with the first.
Whatever you can buy with money are the gifts from society you live in. Consume them moderately, enjoy them. Whatever left is a gift from Life itself, bow down to them and treat them with absolute care, love and gratitude.
Find the most lonely stone on a street, leaf on a tree, bird outside, old man/woman on the street, kid in kindgarden, etc. Remember that the voice that lead you to this lonely one was perhaps the voice it carried in its heart.
Your pains appear only here-and-now and the remedy should be atomic in here-and-now. Don't get deceived by your mind, which proposes futures plans for curing them. If you don't believe me, remember how you forget your pain or even yourself instantly when you see a beautiful girl around. This talent for immediate change is within you; you just need to discover it.
Choose a stone on the street, a brick on a wall, a tree in some land, a star in the sky, a stranger in a store, etc. and keep visiting them every time you enjoy it. Know that they are always waiting for your visit. Don't limit yourself to just friends and people.
Your grave stone does not need to be a stone, i.e., just seeable and touchable. Be creative! Use other 5 senses as well: Smell of a flower, touch of cold water, taste of a bread, or sound of wind are also good candidates.
If the voice inside your head bothers you, remember that existence has given right of speech to this voice, like your logs which have right of movement, or your eyes which have right of vision and your skin which has right of feeling touch.
Don't be cruel with this voice! But remember that this voice is the accumulation of all voices you suppressed inside to receive attention from people around you, to guarantee a regular sex from your partner, to receive promotion from your boss, or to avoid trouble with law.
Remedy is very easy: Stand in front of a mirror and listen to this voice and speak what it says as loud as you can! The silence will follows
I wish all those who read these statements a wonderful Life, the only mystery around us.
