Lock in period: There is a 12 months lock in period when you begin your subscription. Mini farms are meant to give you an experience of growing your own food. We believe it is necessary to grow for one whole year so that you get the complete experience of growing in all the seasons.
Security deposit: To ensure a lock in of 12 months, in case of early cancellation the refundable deposit will be forfeited.
Subscription on hold: Your subscription can’t be put on hold. However, you can pass it to your family or friends by changing the address only once in 12 months.
Subscription Closure Notice: A 3 month notice period is mandatory for stopping a subscription post the lock in period. The security deposit amount is utilized towards these last 3 months of the subscription.

What can I plant on my Mini-Fram?
You can grow all kind of vegetables, greens, and herbs as per the season, we will guide you, suggest you about this and you can choose from that.
When do I start getting vegetables from our Mini-farms?
You will start getting vegetables as and when they are ready for harvest, You will get free home delivery of the vegetables grown and harvested from your mini-farm on weekly basis.
How often can I visit the farm?
There is no limit to the number of visits to the farm. However, visiting at least once a week is recommended to ensure that you stay connected to your food and enjoy the process of growing it.
Do I need to work in the field or will someone take care of all the work such as planting, watering, weeding, manuring, and harvesting?
You need not to worry! For your plan, the day-to-day maintenance of your mini-farm will be done by the farm team.
How many vegetables do I get in a harvest? Is the harvest amount fixed or does it keep fluctuating?
The 1200 sq ft Mini-Farm is designed for a family of 2-4. The quantity of harvest varies month-to-month due to seasonal variations. Winters are generally more bountiful than the summer. Also, there are dips in harvest when we move from one season to the next.
Do I need to visit the farm regularly for my harvest?
Yes, it is very important for you to visit the farm regularly, ideally once a week but a minimum twice a month. Mini-Farms are meant to connect you with your food. This can only happen if you see and visit your Mini-Farms periodically.
Can I opt out of delivery?
No. Delivery is an inherent part of the subscription to ensure that the harvest happens at least once a week and no produce goes to waste.
Can I use my own material such as seeds, manure, pest management methods? Can we experiment with a new variety of vegetables, cereals, pulses, and fruits?
Yes. However, you need approval from your farm manager to ensure its organic and natural.
Can I bring my family and friends to the farm?
Of course. The farm is yours to enjoy once you subscribe. However, the use of alcohol, smoking, loud music, and non-vegetarian food is prohibited. Also, we follow a strict zero-waste policy. So, all your waste, especially any plastics, is to be taken back.
Can I bring pets to the farm?
Yes. However, you must make sure that they are not harming the plants and are under control while moving around the farm.
How can I get involved in the learning process?
Participating in activities on your Mini-Farms on a regular basis is the best way to learn. Also, you can participate in workshops, webinars, and courses provided by Sadda Apna Farm.
