In order to continue the Religious Education online and to expand our faith formation resources our Parish has purchased a subscription to FORMED, this wonderful Catholic Video platform is free for all our Students and Parishioners.

FORMED provides the very best Catholic content from more than 60 organizations to help us explore their faith anywhere. Supporting thousands of movies, children’s programs, ebooks, audio, parish programs and studies direct to your browser, mobile or connected device.

You can access FORMED through the following devices: Mobile phone, tablet, Computer, Laptop, Roku TV , Apple TV, and Chromecast.

Instructions to create an account on FORMED:

1) Go to www.formed.org

2) Select “Sign up”

3.) Select “I belong to a Parish or Organization”

4.) Where it says “Create a New Account” enter our Parish's information:

5.) Enter your name and e-mail address, select “Sign up”

6.) You are ready to go, you have created your account!

Instructions to log-in to your FORMED Account:

1) Go to watch.formed.org/login

2.) Enter the e-mail address you provided to create your FORMED Account

3.) ¡YOU ARE READY TO GO! FORMED will send you a link to your e-mail to access your FORMED Account.

You must be registered to the Parish Institute before you begin the class.

The Following Videos are Required for Parents and Godparents with children preparing for any Sacrament.

Baptism, Reconciliation, Communion or Confirmation.

To receive credit:

Open the pdf study guides in each video.
Find the 2 Questions on the area called "connect" and 3 questions on the section called "Discuss".
A total of 5 questions per Episode are required to be completed.
Keep a Notebook with the answers to all the questions answered by each individual person. (you can work as a family but each person must turn in their own homework)
1 Episode with 5 Questions= 1.5 Credits
