Dr. Sachin Kumar is currently working as an Associate Professor with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida, India. He has published 3 books, 15 book chapters, 15 patents, 200 research articles in SCI journals, and over 65 articles in international conferences, and his articles have been cited over 5000 times with an h-index of 38. Dr. Sachin is a frequent reviewer of more than 60 scientific journals and book publishers. He has given several invited talks at prestigious institutions and serves as the session chair, an organizer, and a member of the technical program committee for various national/international conferences, summits, and workshops.
He is an Associate Editor of the journals Measurement and Control, Frontiers in Antennas and Propagation, and Franklin Open; an Academic Editor of the journal PLOS One and IET Circuits, Devices & Systems; an Advisory Board Member of the journals Measurement and Measurement: Sensors; an Editorial Board Member of the journals Scientific Reports, Automation, Discover Electronics, Discover Applied Sciences, Discover Internet of Things, Sensors & Transducers, Communications & Networks Connect, and Current Chinese Science; and a Guest Editor of the International Journal of Antennas and Propagation, Sensors, and Micromachines.
His name was featured in the list of “World’s Top 2% Scientists” in 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021, databases released by Stanford University, USA, and Elsevier. He was a recipient of the Teaching-cum-Research Fellowship (TRF) from the Government of NCT of Delhi, India, and the Brain Korea (BK) 21 Plus Research Fellowship from the National Research Foundation of South Korea. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), India, a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), and a Member of the Korean Institute of Electromagnetic Engineering and Science (KIEES).
