Biography

Hello, I am a first-year Ph.D. student at the College of Science and Engineering at Texas State University. I am from Bangladesh and currently doing my Ph.D. in Computer Science. This decision came after carefully considering my academic background, the areas of my interest, and my ultimate professional ambition, which is to accomplish a research career, as a teaching faculty member or be part of the R&D department of the industry.

I have completed my Undergraduate Program in Software Engineering from Zhejiang Normal University (ZJNU) in China. My undergraduate education at ZJNU, has provided me with a strong and comprehensive background in Computer Science. Their curriculum included basic programs such as Data Structures and Algorithms, Discrete Structures, Computer Organization and Design, Systems Programming, Theory of Computation, etc. ZJNU has exposed me to a stimulating academic environment where learning and research go hand--in--hand. After analyzing the opportunities, it made me realize that I have a deep interest in research work and a strong passion for the type of problem-solving and problem discovery. Therefore, I have decided to pursue active research in Computer Science as a career.

I am confident that my strong motivation, my undergraduate experiences, and my strong analytical aptitude will help me to measure up to the rigor of the graduate study.
