SaaDooN is an educational application designed to help Iraqi Grade 12 students learn English through interactive digital content. This privacy policy explains how we handle user data in our application.

SaaDooN collects a unique device identifier (Device ID) when you activate the application using an access code. This identifier is used solely to validate your access code and prevent unauthorized sharing.
What we collect:
Device ID (a unique identifier for your device)
Access code activation status
Activation timestamp
What we DO NOT collect:
Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
Location data
Photos, videos, or media files
Contacts or messages
Financial information
Browsing history
The app stores your learning progress (completed lessons, scores, etc.) locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
We use the device identifier for the following purposes:
License Validation: To verify that your access code is valid and has not been used on another device
Access Control: To ensure only authorized users can access the educational content
Fraud Prevention: To prevent unauthorized sharing or duplication of access codes
We DO NOT use your data for:
Advertising or marketing
User tracking or analytics
Selling or sharing with third parties
Personalization or recommendations
Device identifiers and activation information are securely stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), with servers located in Europe.
All data is encrypted during transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
Firebase security rules prevent unauthorized access
Access codes are one-time use and device-bound
No personal or sensitive information is collected
We do not share your data with any third parties.
The device identifier is used solely for our internal license validation system and is never:
Sold to advertisers
Shared with marketing companies
Provided to analytics services
Disclosed to other applications
Device identifiers are retained indefinitely as part of the license validation system. This ensures your access code remains valid and your app continues to function.
Progress data is stored locally on your device and is deleted if you uninstall the app.
You can view your activation status within the app.
Since the device identifier is essential for the app to function (similar to a product license key), we cannot delete it while maintaining your access to the app. If you wish to have your data removed, please contact us and we will deactivate your access code.
The minimal data we collect (device ID for activation) is not portable as it is tied to your specific device and license.
SaaDooN is designed for Grade 12 students (typically ages 17-18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only data collected is a device identifier used for license validation, which is not considered personal information.

Data is encrypted and secured according to Google's security standards
SaaDooN works completely offline after activation. Once your access code is validated, all educational content is available without internet connection. No additional data is collected or transmitted during offline use.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
