This privacy policy applies to the S3XY CAN Dashboard and S3XY CAN Discover Android applications (the "Apps"), developed by eried.

Data Collection

The Apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No user accounts, logins, or registrations are required.

Network Usage

The Apps communicate exclusively with a local S3XY OBD WiFi gateway device over your local network using UDP protocol. No data is sent to external servers, cloud services, or third parties.

Vehicle Data

The Apps display real-time CAN bus data from your vehicle for diagnostic and informational purposes. This data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted externally.

Third-Party Services

The Apps do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Permissions

The Apps require only the INTERNET permission, which is used solely for local network communication with the S3XY OBD device.

Children's Privacy

The Apps are not directed at children under 18. They are technical automotive tools intended for adult vehicle owners.

Any changes to this privacy policy will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
