Sergio Mascetti is Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Milan where he also received his BSc, MSc, and PhD. He is a member of the EveryWare Lab.
His research interests are in the area of mobile and pervasive systems, with a particular focus on the applicative fields of assistive technologies and privacy. In 2011 he co-founded the spin-off EveryWare Technology and served as Chief Technology Officer until 2018.Â
In the field of assistive technologies, his research contribution consists in designing, developing and evaluating new solutions to support the education and mobility of people with disabilities, in particular people with visual and motion impairments.
